When old & new find fusion
We are an Australian startup company making quality menswear from traditional pure fabrics. A fusion of sleek urban style and classic materials, designed to withstand climate extremes while looking effortlessly refined in the city.
Chic city bars to the hardest outdoor environments. Our clothing gets better with age, and we let you choose their season.
Born from a love and appreciation of pure natural fibres and purpose driven design, our garments perform impeccably and with care will last a lifetime.
Designed, and manufactured in Australia...tested by you.
We believe clothes should last longer…and perform better.

Invest in style that’s built to endure, both in wear and in principle.
John Wolf has been created by Julian Warner, a local of Warburton which is nestled in Victoria’s famous Yarra Ranges, an approximately 2,500 square kilometre outer municipaility located east of Melbourne with only a 3% urban landmass.
Living so intimately within the foothills of Australia’s Great Diving Range demands a perspective of partnership with the elements. From this finely balanced relationship came a passion for creating fashion that accepts the climate you find yourself in.
Less waste. More reliability. Recalling on a time when we would build relationships with pieces of clothing simply because they travel the journey with us… ultimately becoming more like a trusted friend than something you just wear then discard in a season or two.
Sustainability doesn’t just mean using materials that fall back on more traditional sources, but also how we care for the items that warm us, protect us and ultimately define our sense of style.
